Registration

Any student under the age of 17 must attend a state approved driving school in order to get an Idaho Graduated Drivers License. Register before going to the DMV, so the DMV will send the permit to 5B Driving School. I will then give the permit to the student upon completion of both the online class and behind the wheel driving.

Students over the age of 17 do not need to register for a driver’s education program prior to getting a permit. The student can obtain the permit directly from the DMV after passing the written knowledge test.
